Westlake Upgrade

This was a large project where Precision Doors & Windows was contracted to supply and install a large steel PFC beam in order to provide one continuous opening for the large bifold door. The project included several different types of joinery in both timber and aluminium. The large aluminium bifolds were set up to 4500mm wide in order to sync with the maximum width of the Brio pleated retractable insect screen, pulled across in one direction. Stacking aluminium doors were installed with stacking insect screens to match in more than 5 locations. The front entry was upgrade with a special New Guinea Rosewood pivot door glazed with grey laminated glass. The installation team was on site for nearly 2 weeks installing the structural element and all the joinery items. Both the client and Precision Doors & Windows were extremely happy with the end result.
