Precision Doors & Windows was contracted in the design stage to assist with the formulation of a door and window package that would bring the natural light into this beachfront home whilst allowing for maximum breezes in the summer.

Aluminium louvre banks and large full length fixed clear glazing with french doors and insect screening, allowed the architect, builder and client to achieve the correct mix with this brief in mind. Aluminium bifold doors were also utilised in the project, however in this instance fixed glass bifold panels were replaced with white aluminium operable louvre blades. 100 mm architectural and heavier duty frames for all doors and windows gave the beachfront home an incredible lift with our higher quality joinery suite.

Large fixed glass panels downstairs to the pool area created warm, secure and safe picture windows to a beautiful pool area in the courtyard garden to the exterior.
